All vehicles purchased on our official EU store come with lifetime troubleshooting support. For electric scooters and hoverboards, non-wear parts are covered by a 24-month warranty, while wear parts (such as motors, batteries, controllers, displays, and chargers) are covered by a 6-month warranty.
