Return and Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient return or exchange process, please carefully read and follow the conditions below.
Order Cancellation
Within 15 Minutes of Placing Your Order:
You may cancel your order within 15 minutes after placing it. To cancel, please log in to your account at:

After 15 Minutes:
Please contact us via support@megamotion.eu before the order is shipped. Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee successful cancellation. If the order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until delivery and then submit a return request within 14 days after receiving the product.
Refusing delivery or failing to follow the return procedure may result in the parcel being returned to the warehouse without proper registration, which may affect the refund or replacement process.
After we receive your returned package and confirm that it is complete, unused, and in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Returns
Customers may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving their order.

Return requests submitted after 14 days may not be approved.
Damaged Packaging
Damage to external packaging does not indicate a product quality issue. Due to logistics uncertainty, we cannot guarantee packaging integrity during shipping. Customers are advised to report any damage directly to the carrier upon receipt.
For Non-Quality Issues
If the return is due to the customer (e.g. no longer needed, ordered by mistake, wrong size/model), the following conditions apply:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- A fixed return handling cost of €30 per item will be deducted from the refund
- No restocking fee will be charged
The product must be returned in its original condition, including all packaging and accessories (charger, tools, manual, etc.).
For Quality Issues
1. Within 14 Days of Delivery
Customers are eligible for:
- Full refund with no return shipping cost, OR
- Free exchange for another MEGA MOTION model
Proof (photos/videos) of the issue is required for verification.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days after inspection.
If the product is found to have no quality issue, or if damage is caused by human factors, return shipping costs may still be charged.
2. Between 14–30 Days
Depending on the situation, partial return costs may apply. Please contact customer service for evaluation.
If defects or missing parts are reported within 30 days, replacement parts may be provided free of charge depending on the case.
3. After 30 Days
Warranty service will apply according to our warranty policy.
For minor cosmetic issues (e.g. scratches, decals), compensation may be provided depending on the situation.

All returns must be authorized in advance by MEGA MOTION.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable unless approved under warranty conditions:
- Products from unauthorized sellers
- Items damaged due to misuse or human factors
- Gift cards
- Insurance products
- Non-physical goods
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
General Return Process
Step 1 – Initiate Return
Submit your request via your account or email support@megamotion.eu with order details and product images/videos.
Step 2 – Approval & Instructions
We will review your request within 3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.
Step 3 – Shipping the Item Back
Please use a tracked shipping method and ensure the product is securely packaged. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Step 4 – Inspection & Processing
Once received, the item will be inspected within 3–5 working days, after which a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 working days.
If you have not received your refund within this time, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact support@megamotion.eu.
Important Notes
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Unauthorized returns may be rejected
- Returns without prior approval will not be processed
