Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

This warranty applies only to products purchased through our official EU website megamotion.eu. If you purchased your vehicle from a third-party seller or retailer, please contact them directly for after-sales service.

All MEGA MOTION customers have the right to contact the MEGA MOTION team for troubleshooting assistance throughout the entire lifetime of their product; however, warranty service must be handled by the original retailer.

From the date you receive your electric scooter or hoverboard, the product is covered as follows (excluding wear-and-tear parts):

Electric Scooter:

Non-wear parts: 24 months warranty.

Wear parts (6 months warranty): motor, battery, controller, charger, display, tires.

  • Solid tires have a 6-month warranty against cracks or deformation under normal use.
  • Pneumatic tires are not covered under warranty.

Hoverboard:

Wear parts (6 months warranty): battery, motor, controller, charger, charging port.

Other parts (24 months warranty): all non-wear parts.

Paint peeling is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Terms:

Covers original defects in materials and workmanship.

Includes labor and parts required to keep the product in good working condition within the warranty period.

Usage in light rain or shallow water is covered; however, immersion or prolonged exposure to heavy rain voids the warranty.

Exclusions:

Accidental damage

Improper use

Damage caused by incorrect installation

Failure to follow maintenance schedules

Lost parts or accessories

Individually purchased accessories
